Director
Cofounder, Gen Sethi retired from the Indian Army after 40 Years of Meritorious Service. He was the Deputy Chief of the Indian Army and also was Head of Finance Department of Army .
A War Veteran of four wars . He fought in Goa operation 1961, Chinese Operation 1962 and Indo- Pak Wars of 1965 and 1971.
He was Awarded the ATI VASHIST SEVA MEDAL (AVSM) & PARAM VISHIST SEVA MEDAL (PVSM) , for distinguished services of the most exceptional order , by the Honorable President of India .
While in service as Deputy chief , he was ex officeo Member of the Board of Directors of Bharat Dynamic Ltd , a PSU .
After Retirement he was the member of the Advisory Group of 11th″ Finance Commission Government of India.
In Corporate Sector , The General served as Head of Selection Board of Bharat Heavy Eletrical Ltd , a PSU.
A Phd scholar , The General Brings with him vast experience in Governance and Leadership .
Dr. Dhananjay. Gavade
Dr. Dhananjay Gavade is an Orthopaedic Surgeon who has been practicing in Sangola for almost 17 years. He has set up a very good practice which he runs in a hospital by the name ‘Sadguru Hospital.
Dr. Dhananjay Darypapa Gavade, a highly skilled and dedicated professional, serves as the Director at SGL ALPHA 7 PVT. LTD. With a primary focus on trauma care, Dr. Gavade brings extensive expertise in handling complex trauma cases, failed orthopedic surgeries, and infected surgical procedures. His medical journey encompasses an MBBS and D. Ortho degree, along with certifications in ATLS and fellowships in trauma and orthopedic infection.
Dr. Dhananjay D. Gavade’s multifaceted contributions in medicine, education, and social service underscore his unwavering commitment to enhancing lives and fostering positive change.
Dr. Shreekant Deshmukh
Dr. Shreekant Deshmukh Is Non- Executive Project Director.
Dr. Shreekant Deshmukh is a Gynaecologist qualified from BYL Nair Charitable Hospital and Topiwala National Medical college in Mumbai in 1986.
He practiced Gynaecology and Obstetrics for 19 years from 1987 to 2006 in his own nursing home and as a Director in Nirmaya Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. both at Chinchwad, Pune.
From 2001 he has also been advising doctors in setting up and managing hospitals and in 2006 he stopped Obstetrics and Gynaec practice and commenced hospital planning and management advisory services on a full-time basis. He has since handled approximately 80 hospital projects varying from 10 beds to 150 beds in various capacities as Hospital Consultant, Hospital management consultant, Accreditation advisor and others.
Dr. Deshmukh has developed a deep understanding of doctors’ and promoters’ needs and does not hesitate to use this information in all his professional assignments.
Arpita Khandai (Branch Head Finance)
Arpita Khandai, Branch Head Finance at SGL Alpha 7 Pvt. Ltd., holds an MASTER degree in the subject of MJMC(master in journalism and mass communication)from AMIT College, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. With a graduation from Utkal Sangeet Mahavidyalaya and impressive GPAs in both H.S.C and graduation, she brings a strong academic foundation to her role. Arpita started her journey as a banker in icici bank. Arpita’s experience as a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager at Andromeda Mumbai, roles at HDFC Ergo and Axis Digital in Mumbai and ESAF bank same in mumbai.Arpita showcase her expertise in banking operations and customer inquiries. Fueled by a passion for excellence. Arpita is poised to lead the finance team at SGL Alpha 7, emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and strategic growth in alignment with the company’s values.
Herald Nigli (Head of Administration & Site Incharge)
Mr. Herald Nigli serves as the Head of Administration & Site Incharge at SGL ALPHA 7 PVT. LTD., where he plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative operations and effective site management. With extensive experience in administration and operational coordination, he oversees day-to-day office activities while maintaining high standards of efficiency, discipline, and compliance.
